Terms & Conditions for MV Rentals LLC
Welcome to the MV Rentals LLC website. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
MV Rentals LLC provides party rental services including, but not limited to:
Bounce houses
Water slides
Mechanical bull
Tables, chairs, and tents
All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Booking & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
Full payment must be made before or at the time of delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor agreed pricing.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations due to severe weather may be rescheduled based on availability.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
4. Delivery & Setup
We will deliver, set up, and pick up equipment at the agreed time.
Customer must ensure adequate space, access, and safe setup conditions.
Additional fees may apply for stairs, long distances, or difficult setups.
5. Equipment Use & Responsibility
By renting equipment, you agree to:
Use all equipment safely and properly
Follow all safety rules provided
Supervise children at all times
Keep equipment free from damage, theft, or misuse
You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
6. Safety Requirements
Adult supervision is required at all times for inflatables and mechanical bull use
Do not exceed weight or occupancy limits
Do not use equipment in unsafe weather (high winds, heavy rain, etc.)
Shoes, sharp objects, and food/drinks are not allowed on inflatables
Failure to follow safety rules may result in early termination of rental without refund.
7. Liability Waiver
MV Rentals LLC is not responsible for injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from:
Improper use of equipment
Failure to follow safety guidelines
Weather conditions or acts of nature
By renting, you agree to assume all risks associated with use of the equipment.
8. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
Use it for unlawful purposes
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website
Submit false or misleading information
9. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information in compliance with Illinois law, including the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
